All client complaints received by either e-mail to compliance@corecapital.eu or letter to the company will be forwarded to the compliance officer for handling. The compliance officer will acknowledge within 10 business days and a response will be sent within 1 month following receipt of the complaint. If a response cannot be provided within this time frame then an explanation will be provided together with a date the assessment is expected to be completed. If the solution is not considered satisfactory then it can be brought to the attention of Management. If still not satisfactory then the complaint can be filed through the out-of-court complaint resolution procedure at the CSSF within 1 year.
